►Hotel was just a basic small hotel. Certainly not a four star Hotel that some listings attribute. Free Breakfast was plentiful and had a variety of options, Fruits, Meats, Cheeses, ect. I would recommend patrons to take advantage of.
British Airways flights themselves were good with helpful flight attendants but some administration around them was present.BA ticketing representative in Prague mentioned a wheelchair would be present from my arriving London flight to get to the gate for my flight back home to my home. Never happened, no one was present. I had to walk a long way on an injured foot to get to my departing gate. Additionally my Checked bag was allowed to be handled by someone else at my home airport who ultimately sent it to the Baggage Claim area of my home Airport, even though I was not made aware of this.

►The Old Metropolitan Hotel was old, but nice. Room was small and clean. Only complaint would be the bathroom area had a terrible sewer smell. The breakfast was a pure delight - we could not have asked for better food or variety of food.
As for tours, the trip to Dresden Christmas markets was fine, but the tour was supposed to include a stop along the way. That did not happen. We did explore some of the older parts of the city and were then given three hours for shopping and sightseeing. We would have liked to have the important vista points shown to us along the way, as advertised.
The dinner show in "the dungeon" was entertaining and well organized. Food was good and company at the table was great. Terrific seats for viewing all entertainment.
TripMasters was very helpful the day before we left SFO and had our flight cancelled from Frankfurt to Prague. They were very good at communicating the new flight information and sent several reminders for us to confirm our option.
